Refund Policy

Please read the item descriptions carefully and note product sizes. Please also understand that monitors are tuned differently and the colors that you see on your screen may be close but not 100% the same as the actual product. In the event of an exchange, the buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost from the destination to the Kart Decor warehouse. The exchanged piece shipping will be borne by us. Please note that WE DO NOT PROVIDE FOR RETURN COURIER PICK-UP FACILITY. Please note by purchasing from Kart Decor, you are agreeing to our purchasing terms, conditions, and policies.

Cancellation Policy:

The order placed can be canceled within 1 working day from the date of placement. We will issue a full refund through bank transfer in case it is a prepaid order.

Credit Note:

In the event that the buyer does not want to take a product for exchange, we will issue a credit note of the full value minus the convenience charge of 150 INR which is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges on any orders.
